We love working with boutiques, gift shops, home décor stores, florists, spas, and specialty retailers who appreciate thoughtfully crafted products. Every candle is hand-poured in Washington using clean-burning coconut soy wax and premium phthalate- and paraben-free fragrance oils inspired by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Whether you're interested in carrying our candle collection or creating a custom candle for your business, event, or private label, we'd love to learn more about your vision.
Getting Started
To open a wholesale account, please contact us at info@essentialsnw.com.
Please include your business name, website or social media (if available), and a copy of your reseller certificate. We'll be happy to answer your questions and provide our current scent line sheet and wholesale pricing information.
Wholesale Information
- Minimum opening order: $150
- Production time: 1–2 weeks
- All first-time wholesale customers must contact us before placing an order so we can ensure the best experience and answer any questions.
Payment
Payment in full is required before production begins unless alternate payment terms have been approved in writing.
Suggested Retail Pricing
We encourage our retail partners to follow the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) listed in our current Wholesale Guide.
To protect the value of the Essentials Northwest brand and support all of our retail partners, we maintain a 20% Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy for temporary promotions and sales.

Shipping
Orders ship from our studio in Bellingham, Washington via USPS or FedEx Ground.
Shipping charges are calculated when your order is processed and will be included on your final invoice.
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Please note that carrier delays are outside of our control.
Turnaround Time
Most wholesale orders are produced, packaged, and ready to ship within 1–2 weeks after payment has been received.
Custom and private label orders may require additional production time depending on project size and complexity.
Order Changes, Returns & Exchanges
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to cancelled wholesale orders.
- Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Opened, used, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Packaging & Display
Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure your products arrive safely.
To maintain a consistent customer experience and protect the Essentials Northwest brand, products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.

Custom Orders & Private Label
Looking for something uniquely yours?
We offer custom candles and private label options for retailers, corporate gifts, weddings, real estate closing gifts, hospitality businesses, and special events.
We'll work with you to create a product that reflects your brand while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that Essentials Northwest is known for.
Please note that custom projects may require additional lead time.
