Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

All returns must be approved in advance of return shipments.  Receipt or proof of purchase is required.  Return shipping is not included for exchanges. Photos of damaged goods are required prior to approval. If your exchange has been approved, an order will be created for payment of the shipping costs. Items will not be shipped until return shipping fee has been paid.  Items must be unused and in the same condition they were received. Items must be in the original packaging. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Gift Cards
- Items on sale
- Promotional or giveaway items, or items offered as prizes
- Discontinued or currently being discontinued

Refunds may only be issued for damaged products or fraudulent orders. Photos of damaged products are required prior to refund.  

Please email us at info@essentialsnw.com if you feel that your order is eligible for a refund. It may take up to two weeks before your refund is posted if one has been issued. Please be sure to contact your credit card company, or bank to verify if a credit has been issued. If at that time you have still not received a refund, please email us at info@essentialsnw.com.  

Exchange

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of product. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery purchase. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If your exchange is approved, you have 10 days to have the item shipped back to our shop from the date of your delivery*.     

* wholesale orders are excluded  

For orders over $75 we recommend tracking your shipment and/or ensuring the shipment.  We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
